This rustic, chicken and vegetable “hunters stew” make a great weeknight meal. Wine, chicken stock, and canned tomatoes make the bulk of the stew that is enhanced with salty capers, earthy oregano, and bright basil to give the dish a bit of balance and complexity. Top the finished dish with some parmesan, and dig in! This is a video adaptation of the recipe from Giada de Laurentiis, her full recipe will be linked below. You can also find a link to my food blog and social media down below. Keep in mind this is one variation of a dish that has many many different interpretations. I encourage you to explore different preparations and try them out to see which one you enjoy most. If you enjoyed the video, please leave a thumbs up, or leave a comment to tell me what you thought of the recipe! I respond to all comments and love hearing from you. I had a fun idea to do “hunters stew’s” from all different cuisines after shooting this video so you may see a short series incoming. Thank you for watching.
