This past summer I had a chance to meet a friend in Yellowstone for a few days to explore the park. We were able to secure a camper van for traveling, and this is a video of me cooking pierogi in the small kitchen in the back of the van in the middle of the park.
It took quite a long time because space was limited. Typically I like to take the onions further, but was dealing with a small and weak flame/burner. My knife was very dull, and I was unable to find the traditional Polish farmers cheese, Twaróg.
Although there were many things that made this experience more difficult than usual, in the end we were all able to share pierogi in the back of a camper van for dinner in the middle of Yellowstone, which made me very happy.
